(a) Intermediate care facility for the developmentally disabled habilitative means a facility which: (1) Has as its primary purposes, the furnishing of 24-hour personal care, developmental, training and habilitative, and supportive health services in a facility with 15 beds or less to residents with a developmental disability. Developmental disability is a disability which originates before age 18 and is a permanent substantial handicap as defined in Welfare and Institutions Code Section 4512.(2) Provides services to the developmentally disabled in the least restrictive community type setting.Cal.
