Section 50209 - Deprivation - Deceased Parent(a) Deprivation of parental support or care exists if either of the child's parents is deceased.(b) Children of a deceased parent and the remaining parent living with the child shall be linked to AFDC on the basis of this deprivation factor.Cal.
