Section 101482 - Issuance of a School-Age Child Care Center License(a) The Department shall issue a license to an applicant in accordance with the provisions of Health and Safety Code Section 1597.21, which apply only to school-age child care centers, after a completed application has been submitted and upon determination that all licensing requirements have been met.Cal.
