Section 101451 - General

(a) School-age child care centers providing group care to children, and each single license child care centers operating with only school-age children, shall be governed by the provisions specified in this subchapter. In addition, such centers, except where specified otherwise, shall be governed by Chapter 1, Child Care Center General Licensing Requirements.
