Section 1861.24 - Actions of the Board to Be Deemed to Embody Provisions of Resolution Forms Approved by It for That Purpose(a) Actions of the Board pursuant to Article 5 shall be deemed to incorporate all of the provisions of the resolution form adopted by the Board for the purposes of such action. The Executive Officer shall utilize such resolution form in advising the affected school district of the Board action, but is authorized to modify such form before transmitting it to the district to the extent the specific action of the Board is inconsistent with such form.Cal.
