Section 1861.12 - Payments by Districts Creditable Against Rental Obligations(a) Whenever it deems the same appropriate, the Board may authorize or direct a district to pay any portion of the construction, purchase or installation costs of portables and apply such costs against rentals of any portables under Article 5, (or other consideration due the State) whether arising in the period commencing after such payments, or in a subsequent period.Cal.
