Section 1835 - Method of Payment to School Districts(a) Each apportionment upon becoming final shall be certified by the Executive Officer to the State Controller, who shall draw warrants therefor in favor of the county treasurer of the county having jurisdiction over the district, in the manner prescribed by law.Cal.
