Section 1183.5 - Executive Director's Authority to Consolidate or Sever Test Claims

(a) The executive director may consolidate part or all of any test claim with another test claim or sever a test claim, if necessary to ensure the complete, fair, or timely consideration of any test claim.

(b) At least 10 days before the action is taken, the executive director shall simultaneously serve on the parties and interested parties on the mailing list described in section 1181.4 of these regulations, and post on the Commission's website, a notice of any proposed action to consolidate or sever.
