Section 1182.11 - Representation at Hearing(a) The board of supervisors of a county shall designate a county representative.(b) The county representative shall be the lead spokesperson and shall present all matters respecting the interest of the county in the proceeding.(c) Withdrawal of appearance of any representative may be effected by filing a written notice of withdrawal and by serving a copy on the Commission.Cal.
