Standard deed form furnished by the Controller to all tax collectors. It is used in deeding property to the State for nonpayment of delinquent taxes. This form is also used in issuing a corrected deed to the State when a clerical error or misstatement of fact has been made, provided, in the latter case, the publication of "Notice of Intent to Deed to State" is correct.
