Section 702 - Discontinuance of Subsistence Allowances(a) Except in the case of state elected officials, Short Term Subsistence Allowances authorized by Rule 706(a)(1) will be discontinued after the 30th consecutive day in one location unless a continuation has been approved in advance by the department director, or equivalent.(b) Long-Term and Non-Commercial Subsistence Allowances authorized by Rule 706(a)(2), 706(a)(3) may be continued beyond thirty days without the approval of the department director, or equivalent.Cal.
