Section 873.4 - Protest Limited to Written Materials(a) An assertion made in the detailed statement of protest that is supported by facts alleged in the detailed statement of protest shall be presumed to be true unless rebutted by a party in the party's response to the detailed statement of protest.(b) An assertion made in a party's response to the detailed statement of protest that is supported by facts alleged in the response shall be presumed to be true unless rebutted by the protestant in its submission under section 872.6.Cal.
