Section 873.13 - Withdrawal of Opposition to Protest(a) Procurement or the proposed awardee may withdraw its opposition to the protest at any time prior to the board's adoption of a decision in the matter under section 619.5.(b) If Procurement withdraws its opposition to the protest under subsection (a), the protest shall be upheld without further hearing.(c) If the proposed awardee withdraws its opposition to the protest under subsection (a), it shall not participate any further in the hearing.Cal.
