Section 871.2 - Documents Submitted by Facsimile(a) Documents that exceed ten pages, including any attachments or exhibits, shall not be submitted to the board by facsimile.(b) A document submitted to the board by facsimile in violation of subsection (a) shall not be accepted.(c) The first page of a facsimile transmission shall be a cover page that includes: (1) the name of the sender;(2) the name and phone number of a person to be contacted in case of transmission problems; and(3) the total number of pages transmitted, including the cover page.(d) A party submitting a document by facsimile has the burden of proving that the entire document was successfully transmitted to the board.Cal.
