Section 1449 - Confidentiality of Records(a) All board, committee and program records relating to application to and participation in the program shall be kept confidential pursuant to Section 2770.12 of the Code. Such records shall be purged when a nurse's participation in the program is terminated.(b) Information or records received by the board prior to the acceptance of the applicant into the program or which do not relate to application for the program may be utilized by the board in any disciplinary or criminal proceedings instituted against the participant.Cal.
