Section 1042.3 - Application Processing Times(a) Within 15 working days of receipt of an application to participate in the program, the Board shall inform the applicant in writing whether the application is complete and accepted for filing or is deficient and what specific information is required, or whether the application period has closed.(b) Within 120 working days from the date of filing of a complete application, the Board shall inform the applicant in writing of its decision on the application.Cal.
