Section 3055 - Use of Food

Incarcerated persons shall not steal, waste, or contaminate food or equipment used in preparing, processing or serving food. Incarcerated persons shall not remove any food from the dining room, kitchen, or food storage areas except as specifically authorized by facility staff.

1. Renumbering and amendment of former section 3053 to section 3055 filed 12-18-91 as an emergency; operative 12-18-91 (Register 92, No. 4). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL 4-16-92 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
