Section 3008 - Obscenity

Incarcerated persons shall not openly or publicly display photographs, pictures, drawings, or other pictorial representations of persons engaged in sexual acts, actual or simulated, masturbation, excretory functions or lewd exhibitions of the genitals which are obscene as defined in Section 311 of the Penal Code.
