Section 2369 - Documentation Hearing

This hearing shall be conducted by a one person panel and the panel member shall be a commissioner or deputy commissioner. The hearing shall be scheduled pursuant to § 2269.1. For multijurisdiction prisoners located outside California, the hearing may be conducted over the telephone or by videoconferencing.
