Section 3801 - Authority

Review, approval, adjustment, enforcement, notification, forfeiture and all other responsibilities of the lead agency, operator and Division of Mine Reclamation with respect to financial assurances shall be conducted as prescribed in Public Resources Code Section 2710 et seq. unless expressly outlined in this article.

1. New section filed 2-23-94 as an emergency; operative 2-23-94 (Register 94, No. 8). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-23-94 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
