Section 2360.3 - Facilitating Roaming Agreements(a) Applicability. This section applies to ESVPs operating one or more networked EVSE installed in California.(b) No later than July 1, 2021, the EVSP shall meet, at a minimum, and maintain the "California Open Charge Point Interface Interim Test Procedures for Networked Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment for Level 2 and Direct Current Fast Charge Classes," adopted April 15, 2020, and incorporated by reference herein, for each applicable EVSE.
