1. New article 2 (sections 4310-4312) and section filed 4-1-2022; operative 4-1-2022 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2022, No. 13).
2. Repealer of article 2 (sections 4310-4312) and section filed 12-8-2022; operative 12-8-2022. Exempt from the APA pursuant to Statutes 2022, chapter 76 (AB 1621), section 39, and submitted to OAL for filing and printing only pursuant to Government Code section 11343.8 (Register 2022, No. 49).
