Section 4280 - Title and ScopeThis article shall be known as the "Department of Justice Regulations for Ammunition Purchases or Transfers," and may be cited as such and referred to herein as "these regulations." The provisions of these regulations shall provide the directives for an individual to purchase or transfer ammunition into an individual's possession.
