Section 2691.13 - Branch Office Under Control of Designated Person

A branch office shall be under the active management, direction and control of the licensee or the licensee's manager, with a designated person in charge of such branch office. The licensee shall report to the Commissioner the name of each person appointed as branch office manager within 10 days of such appointment.
