Section 7 AAC 56.520 - Supervision of placement(a) The requirements of this section are in addition to the monitoring and supervision requirements set out in 7 AAC 56.450.(b) An agency shall arrange for visits between the child and family as required by 7 AAC 56.340(b) (2) and (3).(c) An agency shall ensure that an inventory of the clothing and personal property of a child is made when a child is placed in foster or residential care. The agency shall (1) account for the clothing and personal property to the individual or agency receiving the child upon the child's release from foster or residential care; and(2) ensure that adequate clothing is provided for the child while the child is in foster or residential care.Eff. 1/1/2001, Register 156Authority:AS 44.29.020
