Section 5 AAC 39.685 - Operation of other gear for Bering Sea/Aleutian Islands IFQ crab fisheries

Persons and vessels participating in the Bering Sealeutian Islands IFQ crab fisheries are exempt from the requirements specified in 5 AAC 34.053(1), 5 AAC 35.053(1), and 5 AAC 34.628.
