Section 3 AAC 29.530 - Standards for informational form filingsThe informational form filing must
(1) include the proposed effective date of the filing;(2) include a statement indicating whether the same forms have been filed for approval to be used with policyholders who do not qualify as exempt commercial policyholders under 3 AAC 29.545;(3) include a statement that the filing is for policyholders who qualify as exempt commercial policy holders under 3 AAC 29.545;(4) meet the filing requirements of 3 AAC 31.205 - 3 AAC 31.217, 3 AAC 31.225, and 3 AAC 31.250; and(5) comply with all form standards, trade practice requirements, and other applicable requirements of AS 21.Eff. 6/11/2005, Register 174; am 11/12/2006, Register 180; am 12/20/2020, Register 236, January 2021 Authority:AS 21.06.090
