Section 3 AAC 23.157 - Exemption from 3 AAC 23150 and 3 AAC 23155

The provisions of 3 AAC 23.150 and 3 AAC 23.155 do not apply to a licensee once the licensee's current continuing education records become available on the licensee's online transcript on file with the director.
