Section 3 AAC 21.203 - Applicability(a) The provisions of 3 AAC 21.201 - 3 AAC 21.399 apply to an investment and an investment practice of a domestic insurer and a United States branch of an alien insurer entered through this state. Except as provided in AS 21.42.315(c), the provisions of 3 AAC 21.201 - 3 AAC 21.399 do not apply to separate accounts of a life and health insurer.(b) Any waiver or written consent granted by the director before December 28, 2001 is rescinded as of that date, if that waiver or written consent regards a requirement applicable to an investment or an investment practice of a domestic insurer or a United States branch of an alien insurer entered through this state.Eff. 12/28/2001, Register 160In 2010 the revisor of statutes, acting under AS 01.05.031, renumbered former AS 21.42.370 as AS 21.42.315.
