Section 3 AAC 03.145 - Officer compensation(a) Expenses. A credit union may reimburse reasonable expenses incurred by or on behalf of an official to carry out the responsibilities of the position to which the person was elected or appointed. Such reimbursement or expense will not be considered compensation under AS 06.45.100.(b) Insurance.
