Section 3 AAC 03.130 - Sales of negotiable checks, travelers checks and money orders

Credit unions which sell negotiable checks, travelers checks and money orders must institute proper controls and maintain minimum security measures as required by NCUA regulations found at 12 CFR 748, as adopted on June 5, 1971.
