Section 20 AAC 05.833 - Priority classification system for the Kodiak bairdi Tanner crab pot fishery(a) The commission finds that special circumstances exist requiring the use of the point systems in 20 AAC 05.830 - 20 AAC 05.835.(b) The commission establishes a point scale of 0 - 60 for the Kodiak bairdi Tanner crab pot fishery.
