Section 20 AAC 05.745 - Priority classification system for the Bristol Bay (Togiak) herring spawn on kelp fishery
(a) The commission finds that special circumstances exist requiring the use of the point system in 20 AAC 05.748 for the Bristol Bay (Togiak) herring spawn on kelp fishery.
(b) A point scale of 0 - 12 is established for the Bristol Bay (Togiak) herring spawn on kelp fishery.
