Section 20 AAC 05.715 - Priority classification system for Prince William Sound herring spawn on kelp pound fishery
(a) The commission finds that special circumstances exist requiring the use of the point system in 20 AAC 05.717 for the Prince William Sound herring spawn on kelp pound fishery.
(b) A point scale of 0 - 2 is established for the Prince William Sound herring spawn on kelp pound fishery.
