Section 18 AAC 72.501 - Permit and operational requirements

A person who discharges wastewater into a conventional wastewater system must have

(1) a system that meets the requirements of this chapter;

(2) a system that is documented in accordance with 18 AAC 72.550 or 18 AAC 72.560 if plan approval is not required;

(3) written approval from the department, if plan approval is required under 18 AAC 72.515; and

(4) a discharge permit from the department if a permit is required under 18 AAC 72-010.
