Section 11 AAC 55.280 - DefinitionsIn this chapter,
(1) "classification" means the designation of land according to its primary use, and in a manner that will provide maximum benefit to the people of Alaska;(2) "commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources;(4) "department" means the Department of Natural Resources;(7) "disposal" means the sale, lease, grant, or exchange of land or interests in land to another person, entity, or government agency;(8) "land" means all land, including shore, tide, and submerged land and water;Eff. 11/12/78, Register 68; am 10/14/79, Register 72; am 9/7/83, Register 87; am 8/6/94, Register 131Authority:AS 38.04.065
