Persons holding a limited license under this chapter may apply to the Board, on a form provided by the Board, for approval to use pharmaceutical agents for the treatment of disease of the eye and its adjacent structures. Such application shall be in the same manner and with the same prerequisites as required for those optometrists licensed prior to October 1, 1994 (630-X-5-.07). Limited license holders so approved shall be subject to the same fees and regulations as holders of regular licenses so approved.
