Section 482-1-054-.04 - Confidentiality Of Information

The information to be filed in accordance with this chapter is considered to be part of an investigation and examination of the licensee in accordance with Sections 27-2-19, etseq., Code of Ala. 1975. In accordance with Chapter 482-1-104, this information will be considered confidential and will not be available for public review.
