SUMMARY:

The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. OTS is soliciting public comments on the proposal.

Regulation requirement: 12 CFR 557.20, 230.3, 230.4, 230.5, and 230.6.

Description: Part 557 of Title 12 of the Code of Federal Regulations relies on the disclosure requirements applicable to savings associations under the Federal Reserve Board's Regulation DD (12 CFR Part 230). OTS needs the information required by Regulation DD to supervise savings associations and develop regulatory policy.

Type of Review: Renewal.
