A petition for certification of the judgment in A-002648-17 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;
It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to Point I of the petition concerning the issue of whether the tax collector has final policymaking authority such that the Borough may be liable for her actions.
