CASE NO. 3723-CRB-03-97-11CLAIM NO. 300032474

DECEMBER 16, 1997

DISMISSAL ORDER

The respondent employer in the above named matter petitioned for review from the Commissioner acting for the Third District's October 24, 1997 Order. In that Order, the Commissioner awarded the claimant benefits pursuant to Sec. 31-308a. As noted in that Order, the Commissioner's decision was the result of an informal hearing. Consequently there is no record available for review. The Compensation Review Board is thus unable to engage in any meaningful review and therefore the matter is dismissed. See also; Reith v.
