The defendant's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 201 Conn. App. 164, 242 A.3d 119 (2020), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly uphold the trial court's denial of the defendant's motion to dismiss the charge of operating a motor vehicle while her operator's license was under suspension pursuant to General Statutes § 14-215 (c) (1) ?"
