Appeal from the Supreme Court, New York County (Nicholas Figueroa, J.).
The court properly denied defendant's motion without a hearing ( see, People v. Satterfield, 66 N.Y.2d 796; People v. Partridge, 242 A.D.2d 788).
Defendant's claims either should have been raised on his direct appeal (CPL 440.10 [c]) or consisted of conclusory unsupported allegations by defendant that were contradicted by the plea and sentencing minutes.
