ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING

THE COURT:

Epstein, P.J., and Curry, J.

It is ordered the opinion filed herein on February 17, 2005 (126 Cal.App.4th 1305, 24 Cal.Rptr.3d 811), be modified as follows:

1. On page 22, line 2 [126 Cal.App.4th 1315 advance report, line 5 under Disposition], the following text is inserted after “burglary”: “, and 384 days of presentence credit consisting of 256 days of actual credit plus 128 days of conduct credit.”

These modifications constitute a change in the judgment.

Corey Boulden’s petition for rehearing dated March 3, 2005, is denied.
