Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Tipsord, case No. 4–11–0137, 2012 WL 7009959 (08/21/12). The Appellate Court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of this Court's opinion in People v. Lloyd, 2013 IL 113510, 369 Ill.Dec. 759, 987 N.E.2d 386, to determine if a different result is warranted.
