Before the court are the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, filed January 30, 2003, to which no objections have been made. After reviewing the findings, the court determines them to be correct, and they are accepted as those of the court. Accordingly, for the reasons stated by the magistrate judge in her Report, Plaintiff May Financial Corporation's Application to Confirm Arbitration Award is granted, and the Stipulated Award, made on May 31, 2002, and attached as Exhibit "2 " to Plaintiff's Application to Confirm Arbitration Award is hereby confirmed. The court will issue judgment by separate document pursuant to Fed. R Civ. P. 58.

It is so ordered.

JUDGMENT

This judgment is issued pursuant to the court's order dated March 31, 2003.

It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the Stipulation Award, made on May 31, 2002, and attached as Exhibit "2" to Plaintiff May Financial Corporation's ("Plaintiff) Application to Confirm Arbitration Award is confirmed and incorporated into this judgment as if repeated herein verbatim; that Plaintiff shall recover from Defendant Granger Meadows, Ltd. ("Defendant") $750,000, plus interest at the rate often percent (10%) per annum from and after June 1, 2002, until paid; that all allowable and reasonable costs of court are taxed against Defendant; and that all other relief not expressly granted herein is denied.

It is further ORDERED that the clerk of this court shall transmit a copy of this judgment and a copy of the court's order of March 31, 2003 accepting the Findings and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge to all parties.
