Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court entered August 25, 1961 in Nassau County denying the petition to certify petitioner's name as a candidate for the office of Republican Committeeman for the 64th Election District, First Assembly District, Town of Hempstead, County of Nassau. Order unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals granted. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Pette, JJ., concur.
