On the court's own motion, it is determined that Honorable William H. Intemann, Jr., is suspended, with pay, effective immediately, from his office of Judge of County Court, Family Court and Surrogate's Court, Hamilton County, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

Concur: Chief Judge WACHTLER and Judges SIMONS, KAYE, ALEXANDER, TITONE, HANCOCK, JR., and BELLACOSA.
