Matter of Cesaire v. Cesaire

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jun 17, 1996
228 A.D.2d 592 (N.Y. App. Div. 1996)

Opinion

June 17, 1996

Appeal from the Family Court, Kings County (Cordova, J.).

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.

The determination of the Family Court was supported by sufficient evidence in the record (see, Matter of Eli P., 167 A.D.2d 473; see also, People v. Novak, 212 A.D.2d 740). The mother's remaining contentions are without merit (see, Jabri v. Jabri, 193 A.D.2d 782; Family Ct Act § 836; People v. Leka, 209 A.D.2d 723; People v. Tuzzio, 201 A.D.2d 595). Miller, J.P., Copertino, Santucci and Altman, JJ., concur.
