The plaintiff's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 128 Conn. App. 259 (AC 31907), is granted, limited to the following issue:
"Did the Appellate Court properly determine that involuntary conservators of the person and the estate of a ward may seek a dissolution of marriage on behalf of a ward?"
